I bought my first Toyota in July 2011 and specifically went to a different dealership(which are now, I believe are, under the same company) to buy it because I had a sales person tell me that they had no went to a different dealership(which are now, I believe are, under the same company) to buy it because I had a sales person tell me that they had no cars for $300.00 a month and were quite condescending to THIS woman...so I purchased my car in Ledgewood NJ but was eventurally gave Morristown Toyota a try after much convincing from my friends...It was a bit of a rocky start, but my last two service experiences have surpassed my expectations...Everyone has been helpful with questions...the pick up service has is working much better..and they really seem to work as a well oiled team. The men and woment who take my car when I drop it off, are quick and lead you right into your next stop, which is giving info and providing info on you service appt...they are quick, efficient and conscientious as well as friendly...it makes it such a pleasant experience when you got up early to drop off your car and you must get to work...I work in a Hospital and they drivers who drop me there are also kind and friendly...My car is always ready when expectated and the free complimentary car wash always surprises me....I am a loyal customer now and send all my friends and family. More
