Both times were quick even though I did not make an appointment for the first one (just drove in). I don't know if this is the norm, but every time the guy that initiated my service came through the waiting area, he would update me on what was happening and approximately how much longer it would be. We had an excellent experience, by far the best our family has ever had when purchasing a car from a dealership. From the very start our sales person Jason was upfront and honest. We live in the metro Indy area and we not be shopping in Indy for a car anytime soon. Toyota of Muncie provided a relaxed and non hasseling environment for us to shop in. When we started looking for a used van I had found many different vans we liked on the internet, but when I went to inquire about the van's through e-mail I had a hard time getting a straight answer from most dealerships. Not with Toyota of Muncie, they responded my e-mail quickly and didn't harass me about other vehicals that I wasn't interested in. When I first inquired about the van, Jason informed me they had just received the van on a trade in and it was being detailed so they didn't have any pictures of the van right away. But as soon as the van was done being detailed Jason shot a quick video of the van for me before there even pictures posted online. Needless to say this type of customer service went a long way into us wanting to make the trip from Indy to check out this van. When it came time to negotiate the price of the van Jason and sales staff weren't over bearing or pushy, was a very relaxed buying experience. They were willing to work with me on price and on the concerns I had on buying the van. Overall with was a GREAT, GREAT sales experience. More
