Toyota dealerships have gotten complacent when dealing with customers. Yes, Toyota has great brand recognition but all Toyota’s are way overpriced. Service at my dealership in Murfreesboro can’t keep good with customers. Yes, Toyota has great brand recognition but all Toyota’s are way overpriced. Service at my dealership in Murfreesboro can’t keep good help probably because they don’t value their employees. My last visit I ask for an oil change, new wipers and that’s it. I specifically said do not rotate the tires as I bought them elsewhere. What happen? The tires were rotated. In addition, greasy hand prints on my door and steering wheel. So my last service OCT 1, 2026 on my 2023 Toyota was a fail! Toyota do better! More
