We were in a time crunch to get a new vehicle due to work obligations. Toyota of Murray was the only dealer in the area that had my color and model. Given our accelerated timeline, she and Becky completed all our paperwork and had it ready for my signature upon my arrival. I believe Ashlynn even waited for us beyond her quitting time so we could meet her in person and congratulate me on our new vehicle. I inquired about a used Toyota online and the salesman never bothered to answer my questions. Instead, more than a week later, he contacted me to say that the car was sold, but he could help me with buyin never bothered to answer my questions.
