I bought a Toyota from them 5 years ago and had trouble with the service department then they sent me a 6,000 page manual to my phone but I deleted it they got in trouble with the management and that was the way they got back at me I called up and asked if I could get a $5,000 Mi oil change instead of waiting for 10,000 they gave me the double talk said I would have to pay out of pocket then he came back after I told him that I talked to another dealership and they said it was no problem then he said oh okay we can do it
