On 2-20-2015 I contacted Brock via text letting him know that we had found a vehicle and we would like to purchase it. Without any hesitation Brock was right on it, answered all my questions got me what I needed and wanted. With me working in Lone Oak, KY and my husband working in Madisonville, KY and us working different hours, Brock worked around that, were we could get everything taken care. On 2-23-2015 I picked up my new 2015 Camry SE. When leaving I told Brock in 5 years we would see him again if he was still with Toyota. Brock took care of everything without me having to sit in an office for a long period of time. I basically came in and signed and he handed me the keys. Thanks again Brock for such an easy buy. More

I went to purchase a used Toyota Sienna. The price on the windshield of the vehicle reflected a price. I told them that I wanted the vehicle. Afterwards, they said that there was a misprint on the vehicle an windshield of the vehicle reflected a price. I told them that I wanted the vehicle. Why have a price plastered all over the windshield if you will not honor it? Andy, the general manager, proceeded to come out and get smart with me. His demeanor was embarrassing to their organization. He was cocky, arrogant, and rude. He also has a poor handle on his employees. In addition, this company advertises home town values. They also advertise low prices due to low overhead (advertising). The only thing that is low out there is their inventory. I encourage you to shop around. With just a short drive to Paducah, Clarksville, etc., you can find a better deal, greater selection, and competent and friendly management. More

Once I made up my mind what I wanted, Nick was right there with the information I needed, explained everything to my satisfaction and answered all my many questions. This is the first time I've bought a NEW car by myself and I thought the experience would be intimidating. Nick put me at my ease and helped me through all the initial steps. At the actual purchasing procedure Nick took me to Tyler Wolfe who walked me though the final decisions, explained all the warrantees, services and paperwork.
