My 3rd purchase here 5 yrs ago my late husband found a beautiful Dodge Ram truck here...we bought it and a few years later he begin getting sick. I knew I wouldn't be abl 5 yrs ago my late husband found a beautiful Dodge Ram truck here...we bought it and a few years later he begin getting sick. I knew I wouldn't be able to afford this truck so we went back to Toyota of Murray and traded it in on a 2012 Camry. We leased the Camry and Brock was "the bomb" to work with. 2 months later I lost my husband. We had discussed what to do about the car. He told me to lease another vehicle when this lease was up. I took my 2012 Camry in for 20,000 mile service this week with intentions of seeing what my options were as I had 3 lease pmts left. Brock wasn't available but Adam took care of all my questions and concerns....well long story short...I drove home in a 2015 Camry!!!!! Love my 2015 Camry I would recommend Brock Crouch to anyone! We had told Brock as long as the 2010 Camry held up and he was still at Toyota of Murray we would be back in 5 years. Reasoning for 5 years is because the car would be paid off at the time my daughter turned 16 and will be getting her license soon. On 2-20-2015 I contacted Brock via text letting him know that we had found a vehicle and we would like to purchase it. Without any hesitation Brock was right on it, answered all my questions got me what I needed and wanted. With me working in Lone Oak, KY and my husband working in Madisonville, KY and us working different hours, Brock worked around that, were we could get everything taken care. On 2-23-2015 I picked up my new 2015 Camry SE. When leaving I told Brock in 5 years we would see him again if he was still with Toyota. Brock took care of everything without me having to sit in an office for a long period of time. I basically came in and signed and he handed me the keys. Thanks again Brock for such an easy buy. More
