I came in out of the blue with no appointment. Thurman came out and greeted my fiance and I and answered my initial questions. We then took it for a test drive and loved it! When we came back, we began negotiating with Thurman. He was also dealing with another customer at the time and was very good at multi tasking between us. I never once felt out of place, or insignificant while at the dealership. Thurman has an awesome sense of humor and put me at ease immediately. We were able to negotiate a price and close the deal. About an hour later I came back and picked up my SUV and I was on my way. The whole think only took about 2 hours total. I never felt like I was a target or a "potential sale" or just another customer. He made sure I was at ease and comfortable with the whole process. We purchased a new 2011 Toyota Venza. We traded in a 2005 Lexus, and we feel we received a good price on our trade in based on KBB rating value. The sales person, Truman Foster was very helpful, in seeing that additional options we wanted were installed and notifing us of the progress. The Venza was ready to be picked up at the preagreed time. I would recommend the dealership, and I would purchase from them again. More
