While it didn't work out for us to end up buying a car from Toyota of Murray now, I truly appreciated Russ's efforts and the entire Murray team for their willingness to work with people during these trying times. Other dealerships in our area wanted to upcharge us $4-5k due to "limited inventory" but Murray was ready and willing to deduct all upcharges simply if we financed and traded in. I highly recommend going the extra mile (or 40 in our case) to get great customer service, honest people, and help support a small town dealership. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
