In the past, I strongly disliked having to purchase a car and the ensuing dealer games. Actually Toyota was near the top pf my list of aggressive dealers. Rob from Toyota of New Bern service center was great, He called me as soon as my car was towed in and first thing early morning the next day to tell me what was wrong with my car. I was very sad that I had called me as soon as my car was towed in and first thing early morning the next day to tell me what was wrong with my car.
