Paul did an amazing job of showing my wife and I our new Subaru Forrester. We think that speaks for itself. Thanks to some prior internet research, we knew that we wanted a Prius V. The test drive, negotiating the price of the car, and the value of our trade in, all seemed quite straightforward. The only time that we felt a little rushed was actually taking delivery of the new car. We expected to have some time at home, both to arrange for the payment, and to go through our Camry and make sure that all of our personal items had been removed, before making the exchange. The dealership was very helpful in both cases but older people need a little more time to adjust to these types of changes. Our salesperson, Brett Emmers was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. Even days after we had purchased our new Prius, Brett was still willing to help us with some of the computer programing necessary for the telephone system in the new Prius. I am not new to the car buying experience, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I never felt pressured into anything, all the way down to the finance manager offering add-ons. Every one we dealt with was extremely enthusiastic and honest with us. This is the first time I have ever left a dealership without later feeling like I was taken advantage of.
