I told him what services I needed; he verified that I did indeed need the recall service. I set up a day and time that was convenient for me, and also requested the shuttle. When I arrived, Eric met me and took the required information and verified the phone number to reach me. The shuttle was on its way back to the dealership and I only had a 5-minute wait for it. Eric called me about an hour into the service telling me that filters needed changing, but all else was fine; he gave me a quote for the cost of the filters and about how much longer it would take. Eric Olsen has always been couretous, informed and pleasant when I make and have service for my Toyota done at the dealership. More
