We were told by Angel that they had a blue Camry on the lot to look at. We told her we had about a 2 hour round trip ride with a baby and ask her to make sure. I called on July 3rd and dealership confirmed car was in stock. I applied for the loan online and sales manager was informed. I check the next morning and the car was in stock. It had been on the lot for over 30 days and I am not sure I believe them when they told me it sold 3 hours before I arrived. They did not call to tell me it was sold and replied that it was a miscommunication. I don't believe that. They tried to sell me another car on the lot I did not want. I do not believe they were being honest with me, and so I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. More

Experience was rather quick and painless. All details of the price breakdown were not provided at time of sale and had to be confirmed when signing paperwork, Mainly around adding extended w All details of the price breakdown were not provided at time of sale and had to be confirmed when signing paperwork, Mainly around adding extended warranty. After getting the vehicle home found the detail job to be sub par with visible dirt in the crevices, in the cup holders and compartments, smudges on the surfaces, wiper blade guards left on, even a crushed beer can found in the jack compartment when confirming the jack was in the truck. Most of the previous users profiles still loaded on the system that will have to be wiped. Good deal on the vehicle but details need work. Editing this now to a 1 star. After receiving notification from the DMV about lapse in liability for my trade in I found that Title transfer had not been submitted and had to submit myself. Received several excuses around this. Also tried to schedule service as it appears the vehicle was not serviced before sale only to find out that Toyota of North Charlotte does not service all brands even if sold and warrantied by them. Very frustrating to say they least. More
