He explained what I thought was just an oil change and tire pressure check to 35,000 mile service and what it included and the cost. I learned that I have synthetic oil which needs to be changed every 10,000 miles and I have 5,000 left before my next change. He came later and informed me of a nail in my tire, the process to fix it (not just a plug) and the cost.
