New 2015 Avalon Limited Purchase I had previously purchased a car from Toyota North Charlotte and was pleased with the experience and the service department . When I purchased my 20 I had previously purchased a car from Toyota North Charlotte and was pleased with the experience and the service department . When I purchased my 2015 Avalon Limited I was very pleased with all the folks with whom I had dealings. They were all very helpful and I enjoyed my time with them. I spent a lot of time doing paper work with Cathy Fraley and she was kind enough to go over how to get everything to work in the car. It was a pleasure to work with her. Thanks also to Samantha Mattson....she was also a big help with the car order. I can recommend Toyota of North Charlotte and their employees. More

All of these employees handled themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Only complaint that I have is that they only furnished me with 1 key and 1 1 keyless entry remote. They informed me that the previous owner only turned in 1 key and keyless entry remote, but it is very disappointing that a certified car dealership would only provide a new owner with only 1 key and keyless entry remote when re-selling the vehicle. Every vehicle that I have purchased, new or used, I was always given at least 2 keys to the vehicle. More
