Absolutely the BEST CAR BUYING experience EVER! The team was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. The sale only took about 2, 2 1/2 hours ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, and that was with Carl showing us ALL you w was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. The sale only took about 2, 2 1/2 hours ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, and that was with Carl showing us ALL you would ever want to know about a Prius (which we bought used). A friend had bought a new Prius from them a few years ago and highly recommended them, and I'm glad he did. They not only sold us the car we wanted, but also got us better financing than what we had been prevoiusly approved for. We went to a few other Dealerships closer to our home, before we went here and what a big mistake, the same OLD bait and switch, the OLD run around, and talk about HIGH PRESSURE, and trying to sell you a car you don't need or WANT. Don't waste your TIME and MONEY, go to Toyota of North Charlotte, you'll be glad you did. And by the way, I read a few of the Negative Reviews on here and that OLD saying comes to mind, "YOU CAN'T PLEASE ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME". They are in business and will not GIVE you a car, or pay off some huge amount YOU owe on a car which you probably shouldn't have bought to begin with, and I really never heard of ANY Dealership giving you MORE than your TRADE IN is worth according to Kelly Blue Book, so get over it. Like I say " THIS WAS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, AND I HAVE BOUGHT MANY, MANY CARS IN MY LIFE TIME. I went into the dealership trying to decide if I wanted a Toyota Camry or a Chevy Malibu. I liked both cars very much, but my husband and the sales reps I spoke with at the Toyota Dealership convinced me th Toyota Camry or a Chevy Malibu. I liked both cars very much, but my husband and the sales reps I spoke with at the Toyota Dealership convinced me that the Toyota brand was a better made vehicle and the warranties they offered could not be beat. We tend to keep our cars for a long time [my current car is 11 years old and in very good shape] so the stability of the car and the warranty are important to me/us. Your sales force [Mike Brown, Allen Godrey & Lizz Lunn] were very patient with me. I think I have the record for test drives before making a decision. We ended up purchasing an Avalon - a model I had not really considered until my husband suggested I test drive it. We negotiated on a green model, but I wasn't fully sold on it, so went home with out. This Memorial Weekend we came back to test drive yet again. I wanted to feel the two models without any comments from anyone. I told them to just find two cars [Camry & Avalon] and I would test them. I did not care if they were the ones I had been considering, in fact I preferred that they weren't. I ended up in a white Avalon - I fell in love with the ride and the interior. So that is the car we purchased. Thank you Mike and Allen for your patience and good humor each time I came to test drive. Thank you Lizz for emailing me all the fifferent options. They made the decision easier! They are so professional, knowledgable, and make your customers feel welcome! Thanks again. More

This young lady was very knowledgeable on the Prius and every other car that was on the lot. I came in with my niece to help her with her purchase. I had bought a prius from Scott Clark and they never went every other car that was on the lot. I came in with my niece to help her with her purchase. I had bought a prius from Scott Clark and they never went in detail about the warranty or how to work the touch screne. She even explained the levels of the prius. She even took her time dispite that we were in the rain she never rushed her presentation. My niece purchased the car. I regret buying from Scott Clark I paid more and was not informed about the product as thoroughly. I will recommend everyone I know to come see Marissa. They need more employees like her. More
My visit to toyota of noth charlotte was very sad. I went by the commericalon tv and found that it was false advertisement. They told me that we owe too much on our car and wanted to know if we plan on putting any money down. We only owed 6770 on old car and the trade in value was 2890.So the commerical is not true. How can they get on tv and say things different then when you go to buy Very unhappy with the experince. And i drove over a 73 miles to do business with them More

Today I had the worst car sale experience I have ever had in my life. I spoke with Michelle from the internet team and she assured me that the out the door price for the Tundra stock # 3820005 would be $23,5 in my life. I spoke with Michelle from the internet team and she assured me that the out the door price for the Tundra stock # 3820005 would be $23,577 + 598 doc fee + $69 title + 3% tax and I will be getting a 0 interest for 60 months. After driving for over an hour from Waxhaw to your dealership, the sales managers wanted $3000 more and they had a major attitude problem. I will ever buy a car from this dealership. More
