We had a terrific experience with Toyota of North Charlotte. Greg Zmirak did an outstanding job explaining financing, vehicle options, gave a comprehensive tour of the dealer which bty is beautiful. Everyone there is friendly and know their product offerings. We also visited another "F" dealer in Huntersville that did'nt listen to what we wanted and walked out. Brought my vehicle in for service what a great experience they were friendly knowledgeable and informed me of what I needed today and what to expect in the future they went over what I call a health report f they were friendly knowledgeable and informed me of what I needed today and what to expect in the future they went over what I call a health report for my car so that I was informed and I didn't need it yet but I went ahead and took advantage of the buy 3 get one free tire sale because it was my decision not theirs the have always treated me my family and friends like we are family and I guess we're are because we are in the Toyota family I went and test drove the new 2012 Toyota Camry while I was in service with my Camry what a difference in the cars I will probably be trading my car in soon . I have bought four Toyotas from Toyota of North Charlotte. All have been very enjoyable experiences. My latest experience in purchasing a 2011 Avalon was outstanding. My first contact was Lizz Lunn in the internet sales department. Lizz is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and customer oriented. The car I wanted was an internet special. I made three calls to her to verify the features and to agree on the total amount I would pay for the car. She was very friendly and helpful each time I called. I told her that I would come to the dealership that evening to close the deal. She called me to confirm that I was on my way as it was around 9:00 PM on Saturday. I did not want to miss my deal and I confirmed that we were, and she said that Winfred Kluttz and Travis Reeder would be waiting for us. As soon as we parked, Winfred identified himself and made us feel welcome. Travis took all the time we needed to test drive our car choice. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Winfred was absolutely the best new car manager we have ever worked with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and an outstanding representative for Toyota of North Charlotte. One thing that really impressed me was that he told us that he would bring our car mats to us the next day, as we live in Salisbury and that he would be in our area. The parts department was closed when we completed our paperwork. This was going far beyond what anyone could expect and his personal service was simply outstanding. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, you cannot go wrong in contacting Lizz and Winfred at Toyota of North Charlotte. More

Walter was very friendly and patient, He was really concern about getting us into the car we wanted.I've been to many car dealerships and stay all day and was very upset with the outcome. Overall I was concern about getting us into the car we wanted.I've been to many car dealerships and stay all day and was very upset with the outcome. From the moment we approached the front door everyone was incredibly kind and courteous. I've never been to a dealership were every person was as nice as Paul and Winfred that we worked with here. We first came by rather late (9:30pm) on a Friday night after having a miserable visit at another dealership and even though we were so late everyone was very kind. We decided to go for the purchased that night but unfortunately since it was so late most of the banking systems had closed so they wouldn't know until the next morning for sure. I got a call at 8:07am on a Saturday morning from Winfred that we had been approved at a rate that was acceptable to us and we raced in to get things signed as we weren't the only ones looking at the vehicle. If Winfred hadn't called me so early Saturday morning we certainly would have lost out on the deal so I'm very grateful to him for helping us out so quickly. More

The attitude, professionalism, honesty of the two men we dealt with was remarkable. My wife and I told them when we are looking for another automobile they will be the first dealer we contact. Our overall experience could not have been better, their follow up was tremendous and should be a model for all Toyota dealers. In particular Winfred Kluttz was most helpful and his honesty and sincerity was very much appreciated. Winfred went the extra mile and helped us conclude the purchase of a vehicle for our son in the most pleasant approach with any automobile dealer I have experienced in the United States. We will make sure that if any of our friends are looking for a car we will insure they will know of the great experience we had dealing with Toyota of North Charlotte.
