Highly Recommend I recently took my Toyota Highlander in for routine maintenance. I was greeted warmly and professionally by Bret Rise, who checked me in and made note I recently took my Toyota Highlander in for routine maintenance. He gave me an approximate wait time, which was just perfect for me to get breakfast cooked fresh to order at the cafe. Once my car was evaluated, Bret sat down with me to review the estimate and set a future appointment for additional service needs. I have been a customer of Toyota of North Charlotte for two years and have always been pleased with their service. I especially appreciate Bret's courtesy and professionallism. Rob Milligan has been my Service Advisor during that time.My most recent experience with Rob went above and beyond his job requirements. I was recently hospitalized after dropping my vehicle off for service. Rob left me a message regarding the status of my vehicle. I returned his call after I was released. He was very understanding regarding my health issues and he offered to have someone pick me up and drive me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. He even called a couple of days later to check on me. That is outstanding service and he deserves to be recognized for a job well done.
