This is the worst dealership to buy from. Please do not buy a car at toyota of north miami. They are super unprofessional and they will mess up on your paperwork. They charged me for my registration and they messed up on the address. Im trying to cancel my dealership guarantees that they did not even tell me about and supposedly only one person has access to my file but has a family emergency. When i call they keep transferring me to different departments. Please if your a first car buyer go to another dealership. More

I am changing the language in my review as the Dealer Rater thought that it was too harsh. Ok, I will state the facts. I was quoted over the phone 41k for a Prius Prime which was 5k over msrp, but, when Rater thought that it was too harsh. Ok, I will state the facts. I was quoted over the phone 41k for a Prius Prime which was 5k over msrp, but, when I got to the dealership, they insisted the price was now 57k or 20k above msrp. I had to drive to North Carolina, where the good people in that dealership sold me the same car for the 41k. You can make up your mind as to what this means. And I hope I am allowed to keep this review. More

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Had a horrible first time experience with what would have been my first toyota purchase. Searched for the right vehicle, called to check it was available, made the online time experience with what would have been my first toyota purchase. Searched for the right vehicle, called to check it was available, made the online application process to save time at the dealer and when i arrived, the sales person was kind and polite to show me the vehicle and then proceeded to discuss the deal. To my surprise the rates being offered through their financial department were not only outrageous but borderline aiming to take advantage of me. To their surprise, i had already been approved by another lender before going to the dealer with an excellent rate, so when i mentioned this they proceeded to offer me the out the door price to get the deal done, only that it was over 5000$ higher than the paperwork and online application because they said they needed to mark up the vehicle for demand. This was at 8pm on a tuesday night with not a single person in the lot. When i asked to speak with finance a guy named Eddie who i must highlight has absolutely zero clue what customer service is, when asked about the mark up sarcastically held his laugh and responded “yes i made a mistake, it should have been 10,000$”. I dont know how a person like this can hold a position to deal with customers in general, absolute lack of professionalism, manners and customer appreciation. Mind me, i used a system they provide to make the process easier, to which i made my calculations and organized a budget to buy the car, but instead they dont take it into consideration and said the prices online are not correct. He couldve easily sold another vehicle on a slow night but instead decided to be rude and attempt to rip me off. This was my first experience with toyota after owning multiple vehicles of all kinds and i have never had this situation before. Zero stars. More

Isn’t posible less than 1 star? Complete mess this service shop. I was there Two days ago, Costumer #4858980, Invoice 1015446, June 25 and it was awful. First, everyone left shut lights off, close the doors and I was inside waiting for they call me to delivery my car. When someone notice and ask me then game the keys and invoice. Outside my car was in the middle of the street, in my way back to home I notice the hood was loose, undercar they let a cover loose too, the tires weren’t rotate. What do they do. I was their client about 4 years, I don’t think comeback to this junker. More

Their listings online are a joke! A trap! What they fail to tell you, or show you, is that they have an additional $2500 approx on their cars that they label "Dealer Fees", that is on top of the taxes, titl to tell you, or show you, is that they have an additional $2500 approx on their cars that they label "Dealer Fees", that is on top of the taxes, title fees etc. Very misleading and to be blunt, a scam of sorts. If they know it is a set fee or necessary cost that they have to cover, and it wont vary by the client, then it should be added into the listed price. There should be a full listing of the required costs, THEN you add taxes and registration/title fees. This is like telling you I will remodel your house for $50k, then show up to start work and say, oh yeah, that doesn't include materials. That will be an additional $20k. Be HONEST from the get go Toyota of North Miami. More
