When I told him that I was looking for Joseph Provi I would first like to say, that when I walked onto the lot, there was a salesman ready to help me. When I told him that I was looking for Joseph Province, ( he is the father of my daughters best friend in school ) he immediately called him ( it was his day off ), the salesman told me Joseph was on his way in to help me and he directed me to a sitting area and offered me some water while I waited for Joseph. I was impressed with how this salesman was so acomadating and did not push to make the sale his own.... when Joseph arrived, he swiftly helped me find the vehicle I was looking for and although I wanted to lease the vehicle, I ended up purchasing it, to make a long story short.... even though I have shortened the story, I know that the end result was the exact vehicle with more options in it than I expected. Thank you Hector! I came to this dealership to check out some options and Hector Soto was the guy helping me. He was great at identifying my needs and wants in a new ve I came to this dealership to check out some options and Hector Soto was the guy helping me. He was great at identifying my needs and wants in a new vehicle. But once the other managers got involved (one of whom is named Tony?) I got overwhelmed and needed to walk away. Well the managers got an attitude and really turned up the pressure by trying to belittle me. Hector was the one who was tried to be understanding. His thoughtfulness is the only reason I came back to this dealership a week later (with my dad as back up to deal with the managers), and I drove away with my Corolla! If it wasn't for him, I probably would have walked away with something I couldn't afford and didn't want. Thanks Hector! More
