Took our RAV4 in for a Paint recall. Aron was our Service Rep, and kept me updated as much as possible, as they had the car for two plus weeks. They did an excellent job, but I do have one complaint. I asked for a trim piece to be replaced in the luggage rack, for which I was charged $196.00. When I picked the Car up, the trim piece was not installed. Pointed it out to Aron, he ran to the parts dept. , grabbed it, popped it on himself !! $ 196.00 !!!!!!!!!!! I could have saved $120.00 by asking him for it and doing it myself?? More

I met Luis Solares, salesperson at Toyota of Orange 2 weeks prior to making a purchase from him. He was very patient and continued to follow up with me and stay in touch the whole time. My battery was going dead in my 2014 Prius C, everything started shutting down related to the electrical, at the same time, I was in a desperate need to get to the Douglas Hospital (Neuro ICU) within UC Irv started shutting down related to the electrical, at the same time, I was in a desperate need to get to the Douglas Hospital (Neuro ICU) within UC Irvine because my son was in surgery for the spine/brain. I drove up to the service area, I explained my desperation, they immediately got the manager and he expedited my service — I was on my way to the hospital within about half hour. Absolute incredible customer service and on every level — I would definitely recommend Toyota if Orange! Thank you so much! Words cannot express my gratitude. More
