THE BEST DEALERSHIP AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Toyota of Orange was by far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. In the past with other dealerships at some point of the Toyota of Orange was by far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. In the past with other dealerships at some point of the sale it would turn into a nightmare. That all changed when I met Brian Jarquin. He was our salesman and I don't even know where to start with this guy. We pulled into their dealership and the first thing we saw was a Salesman running across the lot and then the Toyota Camry I was interested in pulled up right next to us. Bryan jump out and introduced himself and the rest was history. Bryan was a very impressive salesman. His knowledge of the cars was outstanding, his customer service was impressive and his professionalism was second to none. I was very impressed with how he conducted himself throughout the entire sale. I would give him an A+. The dealership as a whole was just as impressive as Bryan. I work in the restaurant business for over 20 years and a good way to tell if a restaurant is clean or not is to walk into the restrooms. So, I decided to walk into their restroom and just like everything else it was immaculate. Their offices were just the same, you looked down the entire room and each table was perfectly lined up with the other one. All the chairs were in place and lined up perfectly. The entire place was very organized, neat and clean. If I was a health inspector I would use this place as my model. If you have had bad experiences in the past go to Toyota of Orange and they will change everything. They will change your mind because I never thought too highly of a car dealership before but after working with them I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Very outstanding from top to bottom, it shows from the time you walk or drive into the dealership to the time you walk out of their dealership, outstanding! After confirming on the online chat and on phone three times, that they had the specific car we were looking for, we drove very far to see the vehicle. Not only they lied about having the car, when we confronted them, their guy, Jeff Kyte began yelling and using profane language. My wife asked for compensation and apology they refused and they ganged up on her. When the police arrived they lied and pretended that there was a misunderstanding. We confirmed three times before driving there. They refused to apologize, and have no respect for customer’s time and inconvenience they cause. Other customers at the time were also unhappy and arguing about other matters at the time. More
