After confirming on the online chat and on phone three times, that they had the specific car we were looking for, we drove very far to see the vehicle. Not only they lied about having the car, when we confronted them, their guy, Jeff Kyte began yelling and using profane language. My wife asked for compensation and apology they refused and they ganged up on her. When the police arrived they lied and pretended that there was a misunderstanding. We confirmed three times before driving there. They refused to apologize, and have no respect for customer’s time and inconvenience they cause. Other customers at the time were also unhappy and arguing about other matters at the time. More
