AWESOME Customer Service I had the best customer service from the time I pulled up to the service department to the time I left. My service advisor, Osvaldo Perez, has amazing I had the best customer service from the time I pulled up to the service department to the time I left. My service advisor, Osvaldo Perez, has amazing customer service skills. It was my first time coming to this location and he gave me a tour of the customer area. Also, he made sure we had transportation where we needed to go. He was my service advisor at the Winter Park location before he transferred. My husband and I are glad we found him. Compared to the other Toyota facilities here in Orlando, this one has the best customer service all around. More

Service Department- Outstanding! Katie Arvidson My car battery was dying and needed replaced. Katie Arvidson met me when I drove up to Service Center and was most helpful. I found Toyota's prices to My car battery was dying and needed replaced. Katie Arvidson met me when I drove up to Service Center and was most helpful. I found Toyota's prices to be significantly lower than my usual mechanic's prices - both for the battery replacement and a needed oil change as I would be traveling soon. In addition, Katie found that my vehicle qualified for more discounts, which made my costs even lower. While waiting, I thought about Christmas shopping at Millennia Mall. I asked Katie if a ride was possible from Toyota. She smiled and shared that it was no problem. Within minutes, she had a driver take me to the mall. When my vehicle service was completed, Katie texted me and had a van pick me up from the mall & return me... all this at no extra costs. It was the best vehicle service experience that I have ever had. More
bad experience I went to this dealer to buy a 2016 highlander. after the test drive I went in to negotiate the deal. I was there 6 hours and it was the worse 6 hours I went to this dealer to buy a 2016 highlander. after the test drive I went in to negotiate the deal. I was there 6 hours and it was the worse 6 hours of my life. the highlander 's sticker was 44000. so I said I would pay 41000. I told sale's I talked to someone on the phone that said they are taking up to 6000 dollar's of a new car. He said the lied to me. the salesman said the list price was 46000 and the it's already discounted. he showed me his computer which said that. then I needed a cargo shade and was told It cost 360.00. I said just give it to me as part of the deal. he said we can't but i can give it to you for 160.00. so I bought the highlander. when I got home I checked the dealer website and it said the cargo shade cost 160.00 and the MSRP of the highlander is 44000.00. boy did I get SCREWED. I wish I new this there and I would have canceled this deal. Im also writing a complaint to toyota. More

At first, I purchased a loaded Corolla S and drove it for a year. Terrific car but just not me. A few days ago I stopped into Toyota Orlando and was impressed with everyone who assisted me in leasing my new electric blue, V6 2016 Toyota Tacoma > Nestor, John, Henry and Ms. Kimber Williams - who on that day broke all land speed records to finish up my paperwork - allowing me to get to work on time. I used to work on Wall Street and know excellence when I experience it. The entire Toyota Orlando team who assisted me was excellent! More
