It turned into an great experience. We started our shopping on Friday night and did not have a good experience. When we came back Saturday morning, it was fantastic!! I would definitely recommend for everyone to ask for John Cruz and Nestor Mendez. They were great. John Cruz started his morning with us knowing we didn't have the best experience the night before and went out of his way to make everything right, make sure we were happy and had everything we wanted, oh and was able to make my husband laugh(hard task in itself lol) . Nestor Mendez was great he showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see very patiently and was knowledgeable. He gave us great advice while we were choosing our Tacoma. He was honest and that made us feel at ease about the truck we were choosing. Dessiree Figueroa took care of all our paperwork and we were in such a hurry, it was Saturday morning and had a very busy day. She was very patient with us and worked so hard to make sure we were out if there at the time we needed to leave. Our experience on Saturday was all together a great one. I would recommend them to anyone who was searching. Those three made our time at Toyota Stress Free!! Thanks guys!!!! Oh and we love our 2016 Tacoma!!! More
