I have three significant issues with the final sales approach: We agreed on a purchase price, then in the sales guy's terms of " +,+,+" to which I agreed, thinking it meant tax, tags , title. I asked this, and he said yes. Turns out, it meant a $700 dealer fee. The sales guy eluded to giving us floor mats with the car (it was a $41,000 new 4Runner!!). He did, but didn't tell us the price was $400. The sales pro lied through omission the entire time during the closing of the deal. It wasn't until we sat with the finance person that we had transparency with the final price. At, that point, we were so exhausted from process, we purchased the car. I will never purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Orlando again, and will recommend anyone to stay away. More

I was advised that I would be contacted by phone when the required part was in-stock, and to schedule an appointment. Both of the women I spoke with on the phone were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was promptly greeted by a service representative who answered my questions about the work and invited me to enjoy the amenities of the waiting area. The work on my vehicle was completed in less time than expected, and I received word from Rafael Hernandez that it was ready to go! He explained the work that was done, prepared my receipt, and had me one my way in minutes. This was my first visit to Toyota of Orlando, but based on my experience this dealership will be my first choice for my next vehicle purchase. More
