Genuine and fantastic I came to Toyota of Orlando not expecting much, as a student it's hard to get a car much less anyone to give you the time of day at least in my car ex I came to Toyota of Orlando not expecting much, as a student it's hard to get a car much less anyone to give you the time of day at least in my car experience. However every expectation I had was blown out of the water with how helpful, courteous, and the simple fact of being taken seriously when I came in. Luis Beltre and Brian were fantastic in helping me select my vehicle and explaining to me the various options I had and which would be best for me. Then when all was done Nichole Peters was just a joy to talk to and made paperwork fun! All in all seriously the best dealership experience I've ever had and will definitely come back without a doubt and if you're looking for a Toyota, you should definitely go to Toyota of Orlando and you won't be disappointed! The truth shall set you free...and save lives!! To make a story short...I replaced a tire at a well known giant retailer as an emergency in NY. The retailer failed to give us any insight on the othe To make a story short...I replaced a tire at a well known giant retailer as an emergency in NY. The retailer failed to give us any insight on the other three tires. We started our drive back to Florida with the feeling that something wasn't right, but we made it home. Our maintenance light turned on, so we took our car to Toyota of Orlando. Once in service, our Consultant Jorge "Jay" Morales advised us that we had a bubble in one of our tires. We said "how can that be?" We just replaced a tire at a mayor retailer??? They never mentioned anything. He said "you cannot drive that tire in that shape", " it is dangerous". Regardless to who did or didn't tell us anything about the tire, the point is that I, nor my husband would of known there was a potential life threatening dangerous bubble in our tire. And it looks like the mayor retailer could of missed it too. But the Mechanic at Toyota of Orlando noticed right away, and prompted Jay Morales to inform us immediately. Jay's truthfulness, has set us free.....and saved our lives!!!!!!!! THANK YOU TOYOTA OF ORLANDO, THANK YOU TO THE MECHANIC, AND THAN YOU TO JAY MORALES FOR EVER AND EVER!!!!!!!!! More

Better than all others I bought my 2 last cars from Toyota of Orlando and then a coworker convinced me to go to Miracle Toyota where I bought my current car. That was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Everything went wrong. I then decide to go get my first maintenance at Central Florida Toyota., because it is much closer to my house. Even though I did not have a bad experience there, it wasn't great. They are not friendly and they try pushing you to buy extra things you don't need. And then I decide to go back to Toyota of Orlando, and again, I had a superb service. Believe me, so far, I have no plans on going to any other dealerships for service or when it comes time to buy my next car. More
