I can't say enough about how great salesman Alton Mercer, Maurizio Perez in finance, my sales specialist, John Cruz, and , of course, Sales Director, Kyle Carter, were. Kyle gave me a great deal 3 years ago and he didn't disappoint with my new lease. Every one couldn't have been nicer or more competent. In fact, I enjoy visiting the dealership just to say hello and get a free car wash!! More

He then took me in to work with Paul Vera for the best pricing on my new 4Runner. Paul Vera was great, don't let his professional, polished good looks fool you - he's a great down to earth guy that listens to your needs. He explained everything and gave me a great price (and I know because I did my home work for 3 weeks on this vehicle, price and options)! I then worked with James Anderson in Finance - very nice, very comfortable experience! I normally don't like the dealership experience - but this team made it a great one. I love my new vehicle and know I got a great/fair price. In addition, with my husband out of town - these guys helped me take a rental car back (1 1/2 hour trip) and made sure everything I needed was clearly explained. Great service and great people but lengthy process This is a great dealership to go to, the people and managers are friendly. The process can get lengthy if you try to negotiate the price with them. Niels Cristensen was a very helpful finance representative. He was very helpful and very friendly and even went as far as to clean my dirty license plate before putting it on the new car. I was also very pleased with David Hessing (I may have his last name wrong, but he is Jamaican) he is a great and pleasant salesman. I can't remember the managers names that we talked to, I think one was Carlos but I am not completely sure. However, they were all very helpful and I completely enjoyed the experience. More
