Kimberley Williams took care of all our paperwork and was extremely professional and effecient. And once all paperwork was signed she even came out to my car with me and set up my bluetooth. Wonderful experience buying a car. I have used this dealer before and that is what brought me back again. They know the cars well so when you ask questions they can answer them. Going to Toyota of Orlando, I wasn't su After owning and loving my 2014 Prius for over a year and a half, I moved to a different location in Orlando. Going to Toyota of Orlando, I wasn't sure I would get the 5 star treatment I was used to in Sanford. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised by Melissa Correa's attention to me. She went above and beyond my expectations in tracking down my Maintenance Agreement so that I could continue getting the maintenance for which I had already paid. Great job, Melissa! On 10/6/15 I came to this dealer because the driver headrest for my 2007 Toyota Sienna was broken. Both side of headrest have DVD. I was assigned to On 10/6/15 I came to this dealer because the driver headrest for my 2007 Toyota Sienna was broken. Both side of headrest have DVD. I was assigned to Melissa Correa. She told me that cannot be fixed, they have to replace. I told her that was on warranty. She asked where was installed and company name which I did not have, but I provided the extended warranty purchase when I got the vehicle. She called the warranty company finding that was expired. I was shocked because my vehicle still under the purchase agreement based of months and miles from date of purchase. I did not do the job at this dealer because I decided to go to solve the problem with the warranty. Thanks to all efforts from Melissa to help me, I knew about my warranty. I like this dealer better than others, they are honest and care about customers. More

But, i have to admit my experience with Toyota of Orlando was amazing . Not only did I not have to my appointment myself they scheduled it and also reminded me as well in a timely manner, which gave me the option to reschedule because I live in Fort Lauderdaje and the appointment was on a day I was not available but, needless to say with no hassle I was able to change and then when I arrived my service consultant Robert Barbato was so friendly and welcoming. He kept me up to date on my service and wow could not believe that I was out of there within an hour my service was done. So Kudos to Robert and thank you Toyota of Orlando for great service More

Robert has been very accommodating of my time (due to my travel schedule) and both John and Robert have provided Superior Customer Service along with Superior Service. They have been very helpful in maintaining my vehicle in excellent working condition. My thanks to both of them; they both have changed my view of "having to go to the dealership".
