Before going on the lot to look at the vehicles he asked me a series of questions on what I wanted and needed in my next vehicle. I really feel that he listened to me. He took me to test drive a 2016 Camry and I fell in love! He was so knowledgeable about all the functions and safety features the Camry had to offer. Then I dealt with Marcos Cruz for the financing! He's awesome! He worked hard to get me the Camry I fell in love with in the price range I requested! He also gave me a great value for my trade in! All the other dealers I went to tried to low ball me! I was hesitant to sign the deal as this is the first time purchasing a vehicle by myself. But he made me feel comfortable, in my gut I knew I was making the best purchase for me and my family! Toyota of Orlando you are awesome!!! I love my Camry. I bought a car in December 2012 and then was invited to trade it in for a newer model in May 2014. I really didn't need the newer model, but I thought I'd just take a look. I decided I didn't need the trade in, and I gave Fred Robinson a really, really hard time about it. I simply *refused* to buy this car. Five hours later, he made the sale! (He was able to break down the figures for me and show me that I'd be essentially paying the same total amount in the end because I was getting a much lower interest rate.) Later, there was a miscommunication with transferring my insurance (I thought they did it for me, but it hadn't been done.) I spoke with someone from the Finance department who was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding. I have been back for my regularly scheduled tune-ups and everyone has been incredible. I went for my tune up yesterday and I was kept waiting longer than usual due to some miscommunications. Eddie Fernandez completely smoothed it over, treated me with such respect that I would never think twice about coming back here. Even the best businesses make mistakes from time to time. Toyota of Orlando still gets a five star rating from me and I plan on buying another vehicle from them again soon. More
