I drove off paying the same price that the competing dealership had quoted me, except this vehicle has GPS and is 4x4. In other words, I received a significantly better deal on this 4Runner. But this isn't only about the price but rather the phenomenal treatment that I received while I was there. I was fortunate to have Luis Beltre sell me the vehicle. Mr. Beltre never once pressured me into doing anything, he merely advised me of the benefits of the vehicle that I purchased and offered me an incredible price. The financing process was equally exceptional, once again no pressure, they had my well being in mind throughout the entire process. This is my first Toyota, over the years I've dealt with sales staff from Cadillac, Audi, Volvo, SAAB and most recently two Acuras, I can wholeheartedly say that this has been the most rewarding experience. Mr. Beltre's ability to put his customers at ease is key in the process, after less than exceptional experiences, I'm always ready for the sales person or dealership to do something underhanded, that was not the case here. They negotiated with me in good faith throughout the entire process. If you're in the market in the Orlando area for a Toyota product, you'd be doing yourself a great disservice if you didn't speak with Luis Beltre of Toyota of Orlando. Thanks and good luck. More
