My great collision center experience After a small fender-bender accident I selected Toyota of Orlando because they were close to my home. Really glad that I did. I was lucky enough to find Jason Martinez at the front desk. Jason explained they only had one writer for my insurance and the first appointment with her would be on Tuesday. I explained that I was going out of town for a week and was hoping to get the car repaired while I was away. Jason thought for a minute and said, "No problem. Leave the car with us and we will get the estimate on Tuesday and probably have it ready in a couple of days." True to their word the car was repaired by Thursday and I picked it up on Saturday-- Washed and cleaned inside. I'm sure other Damage Evaluators are good, but I'd ask for Jason when you take your car in. More
