I had been to several other Orlando dealerships prior to this visit. From the first few minutes of being there I knew I was in the right place. Visually appealing dealership, clean, well dressed staff and friendly people. Didn't purchase want I came in for which was a much more basic Tundra and was sold what I didn't need a fully-loaded Tundra and ended up paying less for much more of a Tundra than I had anticipated. Thats a win-win in my book. Thank you everyone who assisted me. More

Easy Upgrade I came after receiving a call from a young lady name Darryl offering a deal to purchase my Camry and finance a new one for the same price. I didn't I came after receiving a call from a young lady name Darryl offering a deal to purchase my Camry and finance a new one for the same price. I didn't want another Camry I wanted a SUV so they said come on over we will see what we can do. Every thing went smooth at first. A gentleman named Chito Bacani assisted us. He found the car we were looking for and brought it over for a test drive. It was a rainy evening so he move the car so we would not get soaked. In any case we test drove a Highlander and I liked it. The deal almost went south when Carlos made the first offer. It was more than I wanted to pay and the interest was too high. Then Aundre Robertson came over and he made a better offer with at a lower interest rate which brought the payment below the maximum we had decided on. It was a easy upgrade from there. Aundre saw to taking care of the new car and Kimberly Williams handled the finance. Both were courteous and kind meeting our every need. We asked for water and the company had run out so Aundre went out to the store and bought some back. They wen above normal customer service. Kimberly was efficient and easy to talk to while going through the financing. Overall it was one of my better experiences purchasing a car. More
