Eddie Fernandez was very professional and courteous. He made sure that I knew about the shuttle service and that I could find my way around the reception area. The work was completed in the timeframe that I was quoted. I especially liked the fact that he didn't pressure me with up selling work the technician found needed to be done. I bought my Rav 4 from this dealership but have not been to this location and was impressed that someone actually washed my car after working on it! More
