2015 Prius Purchase I really appreciated Birdie's help in getting my new 2015 Prius. I don't know his last name because I didn't get one of his cards before I left and n I really appreciated Birdie's help in getting my new 2015 Prius. I don't know his last name because I didn't get one of his cards before I left and no one else gave me a card either so I don't know names to reference. The gentleman that initially showed me the available Prius cars was nice but did not fully explain the "zero finance" option to me. I did not know it only applied to the list price of $26,109 rather than the $22,995 that I was under the impression it applied to. So when I talked to Birdie, he made the clarification. The situation and question would have been avoided had it been better explained. Overall I like the car except for the piece where my arm rests. It appears to have been designed for a man with long legs rather than for a shorter woman. When I rest my arm on the arm, it goes right into an open hole for a cup to sit and is VERY uncomfortable. For a man, his arm would rest well behind this unsightly hole. Poor design, TOYOTA!. The least that could have been done is to provide a cover over it like the 2006 models have if they were going to "short sheet" the arm rest for women's comfort. This was the reason I gave Quality of Work a 4 star rating. More

I asked to see two specific vehicles and in only a few minutes I had seen both, test drove both, and knew everything I needed to know to make a purchase, without any high-pressure sales tactics. He handed me off to Jerry Sun, another great guy, who went through some paperwork with me and we discussed my financing options. After agreeing to a plan, I met with financial representative Marcello Alevato and I signed some papers. While we waited for my new RAV4 to be ready we chatted and had a fun conversation. All in all, for my first time buying a car from a dealership, it was actually a really pleasant experience. More

Rafael Hernandez was the Service Representative who took care of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my trucks issues, plus found recalls that I was not aware of. This was the first time I have ever received service at your dealership and I was very impressed. From here on out, I will be taking my truck to Toyota of Orlando for service, thru Rafael. He is a credit to your dealership! More
Half truths and omissions to make that sale We turned in our leased car early. Of course they wanted our next car to be from them. The salesman took our car to be inspected. After he told us there were no problems with it and it praised us for how well we took care of it so we signed to buy a new one (a PriusC). They gave us a paper stating all scheduled payments for the leased car had been made. Three weeks later Toyota Finance is billing us almost $600 for excessive damage. The salesman now says the inspection was an appraisal. We were involved in a minor non-fault accident. The at fault party's insuance paid for the damage repair. He knew that when the car was "inspected" and omitted the fact that it was subject to another "official" inspection. The salesman returned a call to him a day later and told us there is nothing he can do except maybe speak to his customer relations manager. If this is resolved I will report it and up their star rating but to be honest, I think I've heard the last from them. Also we were also promised an upgrade to an xm radio because our sales specialist said the factory antenna would support it. Instead they installed a bluetooth radio with a separate magnetic antenna like we had before. Neighborhood kids love to pull them off. More deception. More
