Deceitful I bought a used car at this dealership and I did the unthinkable. I trusted a used car sales man to give me accurate information so that I can make th I bought a used car at this dealership and I did the unthinkable. I trusted a used car sales man to give me accurate information so that I can make the best choice for me. The car was In good condition but over priced because it costed twice as much as it was worth and being my first ever purchased they took full advantage. Ensure that when you go you are not alone but with someone who knows a thing or two about cars and who won't let you get taken advantage of. Also beware of the extras. They threw in everything they could think of to get the price higher and then they call it a deal. These people threw in the pinstripe feature in my deal which I didnt want. I expressed my concern to the sales person but that did not concern him. In an effort to make higher bonuses he told me I didn't have to get it if I didn't want it so I said ok not knowing that i'd still have to pay for it! When I realized that i'd still have to pay for it they said that the deal had already been sent to the bank and it cannot be changed, but he lied. The next day they called to get some additional information from me to complete the "deal" to send in to the bank. I inquired of him again and he told me the same thing. He looked me in my face the day of the purchase and said that it was a good deal knowing that he was blatantly robbing me of $400 for the pinstripe crap that I think is absolutely hideous and which I did not want. He had a chance to explain another option to me but he didn't. Instead he let me believe his lie. I could have gotten window tinting instead. Now when I call the dealership back after getting advice from some of my peers, the dealership is telling me that they cannot do anything for me. There are lying, deceptive people working at Toyota who are only out to fill their pockets. Beware and be on the alert. They do not deserve 5 star. More

Third time buyer at Toyota of Orlando Just bought my 3rd car from Toyota of Orlando. Thanks to Frank for knowing there was a Scienna on the lot with the interior I wanted but hadn't been a Just bought my 3rd car from Toyota of Orlando. Thanks to Frank for knowing there was a Scienna on the lot with the interior I wanted but hadn't been able to find. Was originally looking for an XLE in Creme Brule color with the chestnut lether interior. Frank found a pearl white Limited with the exact interior I wanted. Even though the Limited was more expensive. I went for it. Josh Tabor and James Anderson worked the financial details with me and we struck a deal. Josh even followed me home to get the paper title to the car I traded in, and did a lot of programming of my phone, etc. into the Scienna for me. We still have not managed to get the garage door programmed into the car, but I am sure they will help me with that when I return from my trip out of town.
