Excellent service from Melissa Correra My 2008 Avalon needed service and warranty work prior to a road trip. Melissa went above and beyond (as well as the service person) to check my car an My 2008 Avalon needed service and warranty work prior to a road trip. Melissa went above and beyond (as well as the service person) to check my car and found major repairs needed before hitting the road. Unfortunately, we both discovered that the warranty that I thought was in place had expired on 1/1/15 and I had never used it thinking that this was the opportunity to do so. After we spoke with warranty people as well as the dealership where the car was purchased, we could do nothing. Melissa and her Manager very graciously fixed the items necessary and provided them at an affordable cost. Any work needed to my vehicle in the future will be done by Melissa and her group. Thank you for your help through this trying experience! More

Excellent Service On a recent vacation to the Orlando area, my wife and I decided to check out Toyota of Orlando, we went in to look at the Toyota 4Runner. We were app On a recent vacation to the Orlando area, my wife and I decided to check out Toyota of Orlando, we went in to look at the Toyota 4Runner. We were approached by Frank Hill, a sales representative, after sitting behind the wheel of the 4Runner, my wife realized that it was too much vehicle for her to handle, Frank suggested that she try the 2015 Highlander. We test drove the Highlander and she fell in love with the vehicle. Frank introduced us to his floor manager Fred Robinson, Fred showed us several options for purchasing the Highlander, he was also able to get us a fair trade-in on our 2012 Toyota Rav4, so we decided to purchase the 2015 Toyota Highlander. We were then introduced to Niels Christensen a finance representative. Niels explained the whole process of our financing in detail from start to finish. After signing the necessary paper work, we rode home in our brand new 2015 Toyota Highlander, the ride was so comfortable that our son Stroh literally slept the entire journey back home. I would like to say a heart felt thank you to you guys at Toyota of Orlando, I will keep recommending you to everyone that keeps admiring our new 2015 Highlander.
