We were dealing with Luis Beltre who misrepresented information, for someone working as a Sales Specialist, we expected him to know what he was talking about. He mentioned that the company used black book value for trades and proceeded to give us a trade-in value well below the even the FAIR condition although our car was not. When we asked why we were given a price lower than the lowest value on Black Book, instead of trying to find an answer he said "I don't know man I'm just the sales specialist". My husband was promised number configurations in the morning and we received no call, instead we called there twice. This man is unprofessional and makes false promises. When you say you're going to call the least you can do is call, even if you cannot do the deal we wanted. NOT TO MENTION we have tier 1 intrest rates with south eastern Toyota Finance and were promised to stay the same as part of their "loyalty program". That was not the case. However, Toyota of Clermont DID have us at Teir 1 so go there instead. They seemed to be more well informed of the Loyalty Program if you are interested. More

The sales service was excellent and they were up-front and honest with me about my options. I admit I was looking at other Toyota competitors but nothing could compare to the service and prices of Toyota of Orlando. They will always be my dealership of choice! More

Best 4th Of July Yet! After our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee bit the dust on Thursday morning my husband I know we would have to start car shopping. We went to only two dealers After our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee bit the dust on Thursday morning my husband I know we would have to start car shopping. We went to only two dealerships and after visiting Honda we arrived at Toyota. First we were greeted by Shawn who was so helpful and kind enough to show me about 10 different used Toyota Crossover/SUV's. After test driving the 4Runner I knew I found a match. We were then brought inside (in the AC thank goodness) and spoke with Birdie Friddell. Bridie was AWESOME. He listened to our wants and needs and genuinely tried to get us the best deal that would make us happy! Which was a success and after 2ish hours of paperwork processing (with complimentary water bottles) we ended the process with meeting with Marcello Alevato. He had all of our documents organized and easy to sign/understand. Marcello then walked me out to our new car and helped get everything hooked (Bluetooth etc.) Honestly, my husband and I dreaded the idea of having to go car shopping and loathed the idea of having to haggle for a fair deal, but after our experience at Toyota its fair to say they have made a loyal customer out of me.
