I took it to the shop for 2 months and It was still bad... I decided to change it because I didn't feel safe... and these people told me that there are no guarantees for what would bless it in Karmax when these TUNDRAS 2023 CAME WRONG FROM THE FACTORY...

I called Toyota of Orlando and said I was interested in a certain 4Runner they were advertising on their lot, and that if the price was right, I would be happy to head straight over with a check. They literally hung up on the deal refusing to tell me what they wanted for the car. More
Came in with credit approval. Test drove a vehicle. They would not negotiate the price or talk to me about the vehicle until they ran my credit even though I was pre-approved. Too Test drove a vehicle. They would not negotiate the price or talk to me about the vehicle until they ran my credit even though I was pre-approved. Took my car keys and my credit card kept me at the dealer for over 3 hours trying to work a deal. Ram me through two finance managers and a sales person. Warning, I've dealt with the dealership in the past and had nothing but favorable things to say about them. Obviously things have changed at Toyota of Orlando. More

If you are looking for a new Toyota, please DO NOT GO to Toyota of Orlando, especially if you are Spanish or black, or a minority, and you’re buying a car upfront. I was told I had to undergo a”background” Toyota of Orlando, especially if you are Spanish or black, or a minority, and you’re buying a car upfront. I was told I had to undergo a”background” check to make sure I wasn’t a wanted criminal or terrorist, but what it turned out to be was a loan application which I had to undergo although I stated from the beginning I was buying in cash. On top of this, during the test drive, the salesman drove me to the bank, he drove me. I was upset, but wanted to finish this transaction. It was embarrassing, and it seemed the finance manager could not wrap his head around the fact a Latino man could walk into a dealership and buy a car outright, and had to pull this sleazy move in order to confirm who I was. On a positive note, the service and parts department are standout professionals. I will be making a complaint to both the Florida Attorney General’s Office and the CFPB, since I believe I was profiled according to my race in order to prevent fraud, not as someone who worked the last 42 years of their life, and is disabled Veteran who can actually walk into a dealership. I will also be consulting an attorney. More
