We made the trip down to Toyota of Orlando after calling and speaking with a representative who promised a price of $2000 less than our local (Gainesville) dealership on a new Prius, only to find out that s and speaking with a representative who promised a price of $2000 less than our local (Gainesville) dealership on a new Prius, only to find out that she was not authorized to make the promises that she did. We spoke with several sales persons there who confirmed that she'd rather "stretched" her parameters; they were all very apologetic but said they couldn't honor her promised price. Finally a "sales specialist" named Bud Charania came to the rescue. He not only apologized, but he went to bat for us with his upper management and finally got approved the car we wanted at the price we were looking for. It took some time, but he was persistent and promised he wouldn't let us down...which he didn't. His demeanor was very friendly and helpful although professional. We were so happy with our treatment...that my husband decided to purchase a second Prius the next day! (He decided he wanted one for himself too.) Josh and Shawn both helped with the closing documentation and procedures. They were also very knowledgeable and professional and made getting the paperwork done very easy.
