Tony Ferrando is very professional, knowledgable and dedicated to keeping Toyotas on the road. He is customer oriented, caring and really listens to what you have to say. Everyone at this dealership was phenomenal! I've had many experiences in the past that were okay, However this surpassed by far any visit to a car dealer. Mr Vazquez was extreme,y prompt and helpful when my Avalon overheated due to a water pump failure. I had the car towed to Toyota of Orlando around 4 pm and the repair was complete before 8:30 pm the sa Avalon overheated due to a water pump failure.
