Mr Vazquez was extreme,y prompt and helpful when my Avalon overheated due to a water pump failure. I had the car towed to Toyota of Orlando around 4 pm and the repair was complete before 8:30 pm the sa Avalon overheated due to a water pump failure. The service department is the best I have ever used. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Mr Cogle explained what work was being done and why it was necessary. If you need something done in the future they let you know in advance what it would be and will give you an estimate on the cost.
