I bought my 2002 Highlander from Toyota of Orlando April 2002. He treats his clients as the most important person there. His advice on what is needed and not needed is always on target. He remembers me no matter how long ago since I'd been there. My car is in it's pristine automotive shape because of Emil's advice and caring. I've experienced 80 years on this earth and I hope for 20 more. Emil will keep me and my car going. Immediately after I pulled my car in for service (Oil Change) a gentlemen greeted me and walked me over to Derell Roberson. Mr. Roberson was happy, professional, and made me feel at ease quickly. He took the time to remind us of past service issues with our vehicle, and we appreciated the way his reminder didn't sound like a sales pitch. He didn't try to pressure us but had understanding when we explained we just couldn't afford to take care of those issues at this time. Mr. Roberson took the time to explain to me and a few moments later to my Husband the order of importance and which one we should definitely take care of right away. As a woman I really appreciated that and so did my Husband. My Husband and I just want you to know how impressed we are with him because overall he made our experience feel as though we were his friends instead of a business transaction. He even took it a step further to inform us on his own where we were at as far as the time left to service our vehicle which had never been done in the past. That really won us over and it made our waiting time seem shorter. We just want to thank Mr. Roberson for a job well done and give acknowledgment to him.
