Toyota of Orlando was a joke. When you think "used car salesman", all you have to do is go to Toyota of Orlando for an example. I was trying to buy a new 2010 Prius with no money down on a trade. I kne salesman", all you have to do is go to Toyota of Orlando for an example. I was trying to buy a new 2010 Prius with no money down on a trade. I knew what I wanted when I got there and wasn't needing a hard sell, just some negotiation. I have excellent credit and know what my budget can handle. We were offered a 2 year free maintenance package free from Toyota of Orlando (which actually is a nationwide deal from Toyota), and a free 10yr/10000 warranty because they stuck a deal with Toyota corporate (again, something that comes standard with every new Toyota). Everything they were doing was "for me." Also, the car they were trying to not sell me had 260 miles on it. When we went inside to talk, they physically backed us into a corner in a small cubicle and would not move out of our way when we said we were done with the negotiations. Every shoddy tactic that could be used was used. They pulled my credit score for the financing and saw my wife's vehicle loan and asked "well if you're paying this much a month for financing this vehicle on the credit report, why won't you pay that for this car? Why should we be here if we know what you're already spending." I should have walked out at that alone, but I thought I might still have a chance to get something decent out of them..... I spoke with 4, yes FOUR different levels of sales personnel. The 0% with no pmts for 90 days offer was available, but they said they would have to increase the asking price if we did it that way. The overall price with the monthly payments they were asking for was 3000 over the price on the windshield, and that was AFTER a 2200 trade in, and with a 3.49 rate (which is good, but no 0%) and no payments for 45 days. When trying to leave to pick up our kids from school, they demanded we take the prius and pick the kids up in it so we would have to come back and close the deal. Their only goal was to not let us walk out without signing. Once we had both (me and the sales mgr at this point) actually agreed on an offer, he went to start the paperwork, and 5 minutes later came back and said, "we can't do that, we can do this," and it was for about 1500 more. That's when we got up and he demanded we take the car to pick up the kids. We kept negotiating over the phone throughout the day. When I called shenanigans on the math, and asked what was with the 3000 difference, the sales guy that did most of the talking had his junior guy call and say "no deal" instead of being an adult and calling himself. Later in the day we went to Central Florida Toyota. I met Alex, let him know what happened, and what I needed. They had the same car in stock (with 12 miles on the odometer). He brought out the papers, we did a quick back and forth, and we walked out with the same car for the exact price we wanted 2 hours later. The best part is when I went this morning to drop off the title for my trade in, Toyota of Orlando called and asked me to come back in so we could "try again at the numbers." My exact words were "HELL NO!" I explained that I bought the same car for cheaper at Central Florida Toyota without any BS or smoke and mirrors, and that he was actually talking to me through the bluetooth connection in my navigation system in the car they didn't sell me. That was the best! More

If you are looking for a good deal or good service or even a good experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! Consider yourself warned. This is a dealer that deals cars the old way. Scamming, hassling, press even a good experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! Consider yourself warned. This is a dealer that deals cars the old way. Scamming, hassling, pressuring, etc. I wouldn't even want to bless this dealer with an oil change on my New Toyota Truck that I bought from David Maus in Sanford. WOW, what a difference! The best comparison I can make is like eating dinner at Taco Bell(Toyota of Orlando) or Texas de Brazil (David Maus). Thank GOD that there are dealers out there that are changing with the times. Treating the customer with respect! Great Job David Maus! Toyota of Orlando you must change, drastically or you Will go out of business, maybe not now with your great, misleading commercials, but eventually word of mouth with out power "commercials". More
I had brought my 08 Tundra to the service department to complete the recall for the accelerator. While the truck was at the service department for the recall I requested the tires be rotated and balanced. complete the recall for the accelerator. While the truck was at the service department for the recall I requested the tires be rotated and balanced. When the truck was returned the rear wheels had multiple deep scratches. The center cap of one of the wheels was dented and needed to be replaced. I noticed the damaged before I left the dealership and I pointed out the damage to one of the service advisors. They were apologetic and set an appointment for the wheels to be repaired. The wheels were subsequently repaired. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have run afoul with the Service department at Toyota of Orlando. The service department had scratched my wheels on another occasion and once left the oil filler cap off the vehicle after performing an oil change. I should have learned my lesson after the first occurrence. More
I corresponded with Sasha via internet/phone regarding a new car. Everything was fine until I went in to meet her and she NEVER came out to meet me even though I had the appt. with her! I was sent to the new car. Everything was fine until I went in to meet her and she NEVER came out to meet me even though I had the appt. with her! I was sent to the floor manager, Mr. Hoover, who was rude, condescending, and obnoxious. I am a woman but not an IDIOT...which is exactly how I was treated! I wanted 0% financing for 60 months and instead 5% financing for 75 months was being shoved down my throat. Of course, I left after that "joke" of a bargain and happy to say that 48 hours later...I purchased the vehicle of my dreams for the interest rate/monthly payment that I wanted at Central Florida Toyota without a single gimmick or hassle. These unprofessional salespeople never even responded to my e-mail about how I was treated which definitely tells you about how business is conducted there! Stay far away from this dump!!! More
I have purchased 8 Toyotas (four different models) in the past 15 years from Toyota of Orlando. I have checked other dealers several times and always found that Toyota Of Orlando always gave me the lowest p past 15 years from Toyota of Orlando. I have checked other dealers several times and always found that Toyota Of Orlando always gave me the lowest price on the new vehicle and the highest trade in value on my car. My recent purchase of a 2010 Prius was no different, lowest price on the new car, highest trade value on my wife's current Toyota compared to other Orlando dealers. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from the Orlando dealership. As a result of purchasing a new vehicle for my wife, I am currently working with them on replacing my Toyota with a 2010 Prius. Based on my experience with Toyota of Orlando and with other Orlando dealerships, I will continue to purchase vehicles from Toyota of Orland and to recommend them to my family, friend and neighbors. I have been looking for a used car for the past 2 weeks and have had zero luck finding a salesperson that was genuine and was truly looking out for my best interest. I was actually just driving by the Toy and have had zero luck finding a salesperson that was genuine and was truly looking out for my best interest. I was actually just driving by the Toyota dealership and was pleasantly surprised by what I found! Jim has been amazing to work with and I would recommend working with him (and this dealership)! More
I was in a car accident with a semi, and chose Toyota of Orlando because it was the closest Toyota dealership. However after all is said and done I am so happy I chose them. The whole front passenger side o Orlando because it was the closest Toyota dealership. However after all is said and done I am so happy I chose them. The whole front passenger side of my car needed to be replaced and was done so. The car now looks brand new, and they were done in just over 2 weeks. I received a call 2 times a week updating me on the process of the car. When I picked the car up not only was the out side of the car cleaned the inside was spotless as well, it appeared as the only thing they didn't do was shampoo the carpets. Overall I would highly recommend the body shop to anyone needing work. And because of the body shop any time I need service done I will return to the dealership even though it is not the closet Toyota dealership to my house, and because of the body shop when it is time to purchase another vehicle I will return to Toyota of Orlando. Overall great experience and Highly recommended. More
Toyota of Orlando advertises cars for sale that they don't actually have on the lot. I called and asked if a particular car that they advertised was available. They said yes and I made an appt. to test don't actually have on the lot. I called and asked if a particular car that they advertised was available. They said yes and I made an appt. to test drive it. When I arrived to test drive it an hour later, they could not "find" the car, but wanted me to test drive a higher priced model while they "looked" for the car. They tried to have me sign a contract for the higher priced car. When I insisted that I was only interested in the advertised car, they said that it had been sold that morning. Right! More

Definitely speak to Michael Ross an excellent salesman, he played no games with us and was extremely patient as I am very particular. The finance people added no "extras" and played no games with me. I researched and found the exact model I wanted to purchase and brought in their internet coupon, which they honored. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I understand they are in the business to make a profit, the majority of the time I spent at the dealership was haggling over my trade in (2005 large SUV). Left the dealer and immediately heard a thumping noise which was not present during the test drive. This was due to a large nail in the front tire. We turned around and went back to the dealer and Michael arranged with the service department (Emile) to take care of us,they immediately replaced the tire with no games. etc. The last time we purchased a car was 4 +/- years ago and I was dreading having to shop for a car however my experience with Michael Ross at Toyota of Orlando went very smoothly. We will definitely see Michael when it is time for our next vehicle purchase. More
