I have a growing family, and as a family we decided that we needed a vehicle big enough to support our growing needs. Given how high interest rates are and really hardly any incentives to help with purchasing…. We reluctantly were on the hunt for something big enough to support our needs. When I put in a request to see a vehicle for on Toyota of Orlando’s lot, I was hounded for days by phone calls and texts about said vehicle. When I finally had a moment to respond back to the online sales department, I told them I would not be interested in the vehicle if there was any dealership mark ups above MSRP. Sadly after 30min of chatting and reassurances that there were no Market Adjustments…. We decided as a family to come in later that day. Mind you I do not agree with the interest rates and zero incentives to want to Finance the vehicle. So I decided to pull out cash in hand to make a purchase if we came to an agreement on the right OTD costs…. Needless to say, the gentleman lied to me on the phone, I get to the dealership ready to make a purchase, just to see a giant Market Adjustment sticker for over well over $5k and then a $1500 charge for the dealer shipping the vehicle in! The sales employees kept telling me let me talk to my manager about the MA, I don’t make the price. Mind you I have cash in hand ready to walk off the lot in a new vehicle. They would not budge and instead tell me they prefer selling cars at these higher prices because someone will eventually pay it because they are desperate enough. I’ll say this again though, I was sitting in the dealership $57k in hand ready to buy, This dealership turned me away. Just so some “greater fool than I” will purchase this vehicle for $68k. What a race to the bottom and sadly the greed and arrogance of this dealership to continue to push families to spend so much on a vehicle is ridiculous. Save your money! Go some where that values you as a customer. We went to a different dealership found exactly what we wanted with out the crazy MA prices and poor sales tactics. More

Very shady. Big, busy place. We called 2hrs ahead to check on them having a truck in stock. They confirmed yes. We drove 2 and a half hours to see it and when we Big, busy place. We called 2hrs ahead to check on them having a truck in stock. They confirmed yes. We drove 2 and a half hours to see it and when we got there, the person we talked to was “on lunch”. She said her name was Charlotte, but her name isn’t listed on this site as an employee. They walked us around the lot looking for it. When we got back inside, they looked it up and said it sold the day before. Classic get you in the door tactic. Will never come here again. Zero stars. I really wouldn’t be surprised if Charlotte is a code. More

In town for a few days and tried to call and pay cash for a Tacoma and possibly a sedan. Refused to do business unless sitting in front of them. Absolutely the most ridiculous way to do business in today's a Tacoma and possibly a sedan. Refused to do business unless sitting in front of them. Absolutely the most ridiculous way to do business in today's world. The way of the old dinosaur dealers is going extinct. Folks wonder why AutoNation is growing. They wanted a credit report for a cash deal. Absurd, rude, and just wrong. Will buy elsewhere as we could smell the bait and switch a mile away! Run More
Don't even bother trying to buy here. They call it a "market adjustment" but what it really is is price gouging. They do it because they can, not because they have to. Even if you offer to give a deposit to reserve a car and pay the rest of the price in full in cash when it arrives with no financing, they still want you to fill out a financing application and come to their office. Dishonest business practices all around. I recommend you do business only with Toyota-designated SmartPath dealerships, who are supposed to give you a final, total, Out-The-Door price over the internet (without having to visit the dealership), and some of whom pledge to sell at the MSRP with a modest markup for dealer processing (typically less than $1000) and no "market adjustment" price gouging. Overall it was a terrible car buying experience. Stay away at all costs (if you plan on buying anything used/not owned by Toyota as it is Russian roulette as one salesman phrased it). First of a Stay away at all costs (if you plan on buying anything used/not owned by Toyota as it is Russian roulette as one salesman phrased it). First of all when I test rode the car it was an absolute mess, dirty, not detailed. I urgently needed a car and was in a bind, so I purchased a used car there with 83K miles, 2014 for 11k with 2.5k in fees and taxes. By the time I purchased it, it was only half detailed. The dealers fees of $898 are ridiculous, in addition to all additional fees. The salesman Andre was non negotiable and very difficult to work with. He was unfriendly and condescending, especially when asking questions and since I was paying cash. After feeling defeated when the signing process was complete (which wasn't horrible, although Savanna didn't have a clear explanation about the arbitration document) unfortunately, I had problems with the vehicle a few days later. I took it back to get serviced and the problem appeared fixed. A few weeks later the check engine light came on, car started making noise and ultimately broke down in the middle of the road. I towed the car to dealer and it was deemed unfixable. They put me in contact with customer relations Cynthia. The only option I was given was to trade in this car I had just bought 6 weeks earlier, for another vehicle. Upon returning to the dealership, understandably I was upset about the whole situation. While walking through the dealership, I saw the salesman that sold me my now broken vehicle with some customers and in passing I said "Watch out for this guy, he sells crappy cars" then make my way to the front desk to seek out a manager. Abruptly, 2 employees rushed to me, threatening me of calling security and escorting me from the property. This was by far not the best way to de-escalate the situation. After they realized I was planning on spending more of my money, they had me looking at cars before even knowing what the offer would be on my "trade in". After picking a new car, they offered me 3k for the car I bought there 6 weeks prior for 11k. I was shocked by this and I literally broke down in the waiting room after we were negotiating for the 2nd car. They ended up increasing the offer to 4k and convinced me to lease a new vehicle. And of course I had to pay all the dealership fees again. I was given a rental car the 2 weekends the car was in service which was accommodating but does not make up for the fact that I was sold a lemon and it was not rectified. I came to a reputable dealership, expecting quality service and product. But what I got was anything but quality. For a dealership that supposedly thrives on great customer service, I am highly disappointed and disheartened. More

Due to chip shortage they are messing with their customers. It’s all fun and games for them now, but demand is falling and those people who could have been customers will remember. More
