It was late and even though it was well after closing time, there was no rush to get us out the door. Both of the employees listened and worked hard to meet my needs. I love FLAG during a storm...I have followed this dealership since before it became T of O.....I was affiliated with Steve W. back in the late 80's.... But, i was impressed with the service the moment I drove into the service lanes to start my process. I was approached by SABRINA MANNING. After the greeting, she became like, one of my old time pals from elementary school due to her casual, friendly, explanatory, easy to understand southern way of speaking, but in a professional manner. A great explanation of what will take place in order to handle my issue. Told me to have a seat, free coffee is available, cafe and internet too, and I felt like, very comfortable as I waited for a further plan of what will take place. After a short while SABRINA approached me with a full game plan. I was happy with it, and the great experience continued. Next day, mission accomplished....thank you for HER friendliness, job knowledge, and all the things that made this a good experience. More
