Service Of Excellence I was car shopping. I arrived at Toyota a Of Orlando and was greeted by Tim the awesome salesman. Me being so nervous about the whole car buying exper I was car shopping. I arrived at Toyota a Of Orlando and was greeted by Tim the awesome salesman. Me being so nervous about the whole car buying experience itself Tim made it so much more relaxing because he wasn't haggling with me at all. He listened to me as to what I wanted and what my budget was. The next person I was introduced to was Paul Henderson awesome salesman. He was very very nice and patient with me also. Explained everything I needed to know about the different buying options they offered for the Vehicle I was looking to buy. The finance representative Dessiree Figueroa was excellent as well she prepared all of the documents and made it point to explain every question I had. I will say Toyota of Orlando gave me the best service red carpet treatment service from the moment I arrived there to the moment I left in my new Rouge. great service I brought our new tacoma in to have running boards put on the truck and also, decided to have vents put over the windows. I met with Mike Natale. Even washed the truck. I never had a chance to sit down. By the time I finished looking around the shopping area the truck was done. Pretty amazing. The running boards were part of the deal of buying the vehicle and I paid for the vents for the windows. I am not sure why I recieved a bill for $1.14. Guess will have to call. But, anyway the service was great. Hopefully I will have Mike Natale everytime I come for service. Another great access to your team at Toyota of Orlando. More

Very nice young man. Rick took us to Antonio and it was quick and painless purchase. Just the way we like it. Antonio had us in and out quicker than any other vehicle I have purchased in the past. Very, very pleased with that. I have bought another vehicle with yall when you were on Hwy 50 in 1999 and it went well. I went back and did not have a very good experience the second time I went to buy a truck. They let me walk over 300.00 dollars. Hard to believe. In fact had decided to never return to your dealership. Now many years later my wife found the vehicle on line she seen and it was with your dealership. So thought I would give yall one more chance. Well, glad we did. You can thank Rick and Antonio because they turned it around for me. Very happy with our purchase and the service we recieved. So you should thank these two for an awesome job they did. They both are an asset to your team. Would recommend Antonio to someone looking to buy a Toyota.
