When I mentioned this to Chris Jimenez he asked what he could do to make me happy with the deal and we settled on an upgrade to the car mats. Unfortunately I was told that a piece was out of stock and I would be getting it after it was reordered. I also received a phone call later to this effect. When I called your parts department they had it in stock, not very honest. I'm also still waiting for the official DMV title as I paid cash for the new Prius. All in all not very satisfied. More
