Earl (Hendricks) had a positive attitude from the beginning, in fact even before I got I felt so welcomed and cared about from the moment I arrived. Earl (Hendricks) had a positive attitude from the beginning, in fact even before I got there! He put me at ease and really helped me get comfortable with the idea of saying hello to my new car. I love the colour and the features which he explained to me on our test drive. I was fascinated and excited. When he handed me over to Chris (Jimenez) it was just a matter of navigating the paperwork. Now Chris made that part a pleasant experience as well! He was very thorough and I got an excellent idea of exactly what was what. My final interaction was with Desiree (Figueroa) and I found her to be very efficient but warm and friendly. Wow!
