New Year, New Me, New Car! I felt so welcomed and cared about from the moment I arrived. I love the colour and the features which he explained to me on our test drive. I was fascinated and excited. When he handed me over to Chris (Jimenez) it was just a matter of navigating the paperwork. Now Chris made that part a pleasant experience as well! He was very thorough and I got an excellent idea of exactly what was what. My final interaction was with Desiree (Figueroa) and I found her to be very efficient but warm and friendly. Wow!
