I had a very bad experience with this dealer when trying to buy a used corolla. After 3 hours, left without the car because they don't take outside finance, even though, they have my bank in house. I called to buy a used corolla. After 3 hours, left without the car because they don't take outside finance, even though, they have my bank in house. I called back the following day to give them a second chance but was blow off by my salesman Gonzalo. The finance person Andre never listened to anything I was telling him and later was annoyed I was walking away from the deal. I would never use this dealer. It's not worth the hassle. More
THIS PLACE IS FULL OF LIARS. They will ruin your time and money don't go to this dealership. Today morning, I spoke with one of their cooperate internet director called Daniel They will ruin your time and money don't go to this dealership. Today morning, I spoke with one of their cooperate internet director called Daniel Colon and check about a Highlander hybrid platinum 2022. He said they are getting 6 of them and earliest of them coming in 25 days, then he persuade me to come down to Orlando and if I do a downpayment before 4th April I can enroll to 0.9 APR deal as well. I clearly told him that I am from more than 120 miles away and I am really busy with current plans but I would like to know approximate figure for this vehicle before I come. But he said he can't say any number unless I come in, once I come to Orlando facility we can discuss and negotiate the numbers. Then I said, I will come and discuss the deal in the evening. When I start from my place I gave him a call and said I will be reaching there by 7 pm and asked his availability. He said I will be there till 10 pm, Looking forward to meet. After I reach on time with my family, this guy(Daniel Colon) never showed up and one of their lower level sales rep said he is our director and you can check a vehicle with us first ,and he started to showing me a vehicle. After checking that vehicle I told that sales rep. I spoke with Daniel and I want to directly talk to him so please pass the message that I have here. Then he brought another sales person who looked like a middle level sales guy with very messy attire. He started the discussion saying we don't have any hybrid platinum highlander coming up. Then I told him I have already spoken to Daniel Colon and he confirmed me that they are getting a one in 25 days. So I would like to save my time by talking to Daniel directly. The middle level sales rep said we don't have any hybrid platinum highlanders coming up and Daniel is one of the person works under him. Then I said I have spent half of my day to come down their office with my family and kids to discuss this matter and I already had a confirmation from Daniel that he will be there to help me. After that middle level sales rep. went in to their cabin and come up with a spec. Sheet with numbers and he said now he suddenly found a one highlander hybrid platinum which is coming in 25 days but it's price was 53000 MSRP + 8000 Market adjustment = approx total $61,000 (without dealership fees + tax + transfer title + doc. charges) which is ridiculously high compared to any dealership in FL. Then I asked what's the best price and what's the room for negotiation. Then he direcly said no negotiations and that's their final price. I said what's the point of asking me to drive down to Orlando after spending half of my day if their is no room for negotiation. Therefore I need to talk to Daniel and asked why he asked me to come to Orlando office. Then their middle level rep. said he is not in the office and he left at 5pm. Then I asked that sales rep. I want to talk to any manager or director available right now to tell my grievances and make a complain against this Daniel Colon. He said that their director is busy with some other customer and can't talk to right now. I said I am willing to wait because they already wasted my half of the day. And waited in the lobby. After long wait one of another sales specialist called Jerry talk with me again and wasted another half an hour and finally gave me business card to speak to their customer relations manager or sales director. Thats the only thing I got from their end. More
I had a horrible experience at this ToyotaDealership. I called before coming to confirm they have the model that I wanted to test drive it and when I arrived ( after driving 30 min to them) they refused I called before coming to confirm they have the model that I wanted to test drive it and when I arrived ( after driving 30 min to them) they refused to let me test drive the car before signing an agreement to purchase the car and to run a credit report. Horrible customerservice. I don't advice you to work with Rafeal or do business with this Dealership More
Absolutely disgusting experience. We spoke to Shane yesterday on the phone and went in to see him. When I walked in, the manager with no name tag handed me off to another guy that was not Shane. I told yesterday on the phone and went in to see him. When I walked in, the manager with no name tag handed me off to another guy that was not Shane. I told him I was interested in a Camry but before that, I wanted an appraisal on my truck, as to not waste anybody’s time. He replied in a very sarcastic and snarky tone, “Well we have a process.” I said “Well what is the process?” And he replied again in a sarcastic tone, “Well we show you some cars and then give you an appraisal.” I said, “Fine I’m leaving then.” After I left, I got a phone call and my daughter answered as I was driving, but I listened in on the phone call. His name was FELIX. He said “Your father walked out with an attitude and I’m not sure why but if you’d like to come back in..” She cut him off and said “Why would we come back in if you just said my father has an attitude.” He said “Well it’s the truth isn’t it? I’m trying to know why he walked out with an attitude.” My daughter explained and said the man sounded like a smart alleck. He replied swearing: “No one was being a smart a**” My daughter said “don’t swear at me on the phone.” He said “That’s not a cuss word.” (Side note, I assume it’s common knowledge that a** is a swear word.) After asking his name he gave it and said he would love for us to come back in and talk to their store manager. We said after this phone call we would never step foot back in that store. My daughter stated we will be leaving a Google review. His reply was “perfect and please make sure you put all of the details.”We will be contacting corporate after the sarcasm and curt tone of the man in the store, the horrific phone call, swearing on the phone, and the accusatory language from him saying I stormed out with an ‘attitude’. I have purchased many new cars including Lexus and Audi, and I am APPALLED. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. More
I’ve never had an experience this bad at a dealer before. They practice deceptive sales tactics. They won’t tell you the actual price of a vehicle without going there. Expect to pay 10k to 15k over sticker p They practice deceptive sales tactics. They won’t tell you the actual price of a vehicle without going there. Expect to pay 10k to 15k over sticker price. On top of that they extremely low balled me on my trade in. This dealer takes advantage of you coming and going. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! More
In my opinion this is the worst place in the world, I think it’s evil from the moment I called and Tabata said there was no market adjusted price and made me drive from Miami to Orlando to make the deal. think it’s evil from the moment I called and Tabata said there was no market adjusted price and made me drive from Miami to Orlando to make the deal. While I was there from the moment I was walking in the greeter girl was very nervous and jittery, the salesman was horrible and the “manager” Kyle Carter was in my opinion the most horrible person I have encountered at a dealer. I had to leave and drove back defeated. I asked to talk with Tabata’s boss and he called me the next day on speaker phone to make fun of me; when I was explaining what happened he was holding his laughter in, when I explained the expense risk of driving 7 hours, he and the people behind him lauged out loud; I have never been so humiliated in my 43 years. I think that place is rotten and for that kind of behavior it has to be completely rotten from the top down. More
TERRIBLE. 1) All prices on their website are MSRP and are struck through. 2) They refuse to give any actual prices unless it's in person. I tried via text and the response: "best offer in person." Wh are struck through. 2) They refuse to give any actual prices unless it's in person. I tried via text and the response: "best offer in person." When I called, the unidentified "sales manager" said the MSRP was the price. I asked why it was struck through and he just repeated. "That's the price." Then hung up. I wish I could share the transcripts of the call/text. Laughably bad. Simply an antiquated sales process with a low IQ staff. More
Told me that i lied about their offer on their website. I pulled it up on their website from their computer. Saleman said that to add 10k to the online offer price and that would be the number. Straight up w pulled it up on their website from their computer. Saleman said that to add 10k to the online offer price and that would be the number. Straight up with a clean face and told me that someone is willing to pay more than me for it so they won't sell it to me. It's a bidding shop not a toyota dealership. Highest bidder wins the car. Stay away if you don't want to be belittled. More
Realizing the times we are in now. Inflation and bottlenecks are killing everyone's business. T.O.O. and all other dealers must adjust and we consumers must as well adjust. I feel that my assigned e bottlenecks are killing everyone's business. T.O.O. and all other dealers must adjust and we consumers must as well adjust. I feel that my assigned employees did everything in their power to help me and still make enough to pay everyone involved. I got an extraordinary opportunity to not only sell my vehicle but drive away with a wonderful 2022 Corolla. The experience was perfect. I only lost my temper one time. I have special needs and can get overloaded at times. Jerry kept the process moving and calm for me. He is perhaps the greatest salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. No cap. He knows the product and the numbers and conveyed them to me well. I have owned 70 Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles in my 60 years and more than half of them were Toyotas dating back to 1980. I have been working with these guys for that long. 12 years ago I had a misunderstanding and left the family. I have enjoyed my vehicles but the service in Orlando at other brands has fallen greatly. Emil has been taking care of my parents 1990's Camry. They will not ever buy another car because they do not fancy the technology of today. I know how frustrating service can be, I was in the service business for 44 years. If it were not for his immeasurable kindness to my beloved mom and dad I would not have come by today and bought a car. I thank all the great people who have been there striving for excellence all these years. The only thing else I have to add is this. Toyota...Oh, oh, oh what a feeling...to drive...today! Peace, Will More
