Leasing Experience Years ago, we leased a Camry from Toyota of Orlando and ended up buying it. It was a great car for almost 12 years. Then, in 2011 we purchased a 2010 Years ago, we leased a Camry from Toyota of Orlando and ended up buying it. It was a great car for almost 12 years. Then, in 2011 we purchased a 2010 Camry, which has been a smooth ride and dependable vehicle. Since our past experience with Toyota of Orlando was excellent, we are now leasing a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE. The leasing process was very smooth and pleasant. Alton Mercer was our initial Sales Rep and did a great job explaining the Corolla's features. Matthew Slone, Nichole Peters, and Shadey Derivois handled the paperwork and delivery of our vehicle. My car went to auction!!!! Dishonest people!!!. I went in yesterday to look at a used 2012 VW that it was lined up to go to the auction, I was approached by Roman very nice guy Dishonest people!!!. I went in yesterday to look at a used 2012 VW that it was lined up to go to the auction, I was approached by Roman very nice guy but, that´s where it all stopped. I sat down with the sales person (John Rios) he was of course trying me to get on a torture 72 month loan! for a car that was advertise for $12,995 with monthly payments of $389 with 18%APR! WHAT? the car is already 5 years old, by the time I end up paying for that car it will be 28K for a 11 year old car! CRAZY!, I told them what my budget was and they refused to work with me, the sales guy had the nevers to tell me well it´s only fair for that bank to make a profit on it, I told him Of Course! but not 100%; so basically he washed his hands with the director of sales (Kyle), this guy sat down and told me the typical thing "well based on your credit blabla" i can probably get your interest rate in the TEENS! (what?13,14, 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19) that´s no hope at all he asked me if we can work something our I told him yes but has to be reasonable for a 5 year old car, then he told me No, so i walk out. They turned their back on a good client (me) that has paid off 2 cars in the past 7 years both brand new!. Does Not spot there!!. I was upset at the lack of service that I decided to email Jordan Siviglia (owner and general manger) of course I did not found his email but I found another email that correspond to Evelyn Conde Executive assistant (evelynconde@ toyotaoforlando. com) the email was sent at 4pm enough time to check the mail until 10pm when they close, I was hoping to get a reply back today Tuesday but instead I got a call which I thought it was in response to the email that I sent but since they lack on internal communications was not about the email I sent, although she told me that if I could go in for another chance and I said yes, I walked in again talked to Roman (nice guy) and John Rios whispers to him get Scott (salesman), well this guy Scott had an attitude like he was unhappy to see me like I owned him money and of course I have never meet the guy in my life, so asked what car are you looking for? I reply the 2012 VW, he said Oh! that went to the auction already !!!!! WHAT??, and he has the nerves to say is there another car I can show you? OF COURSE NOT! so he stood up said bye and walked away and left me here like I was nothing! IIIIIIIIIIIII DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALER IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII More
Excellent Customer Service with Ray Lopez Ray Lopez greeted me right away and took alook at my car to determine the noise and where it was coming from. He took his time and was very patient. I've came to get my car checked during the summer and the guy gave me a ridiculous price I had to pay out of pocket and advised me there was no other options. Ray however, took his time and looked into my account to determine my warranty information which was still active. Saving me over $1700 out of pocket. He made calls to determine what was covered and came to check in with me every step of the way. He set me up with a loner car for the day and that was a smooth process. I had to go to class and he made sure he called me to inform that my car would not be done in time. I felt very comfortable with his decisions and his expertise. Picking up my car was quick and easy as well. Anytime I come to get my car serviced I will definitely ask for Ray Lopez and I will recommend him to anyone. Awesome customer service skills and very personable. More

Great first time buying experience! This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience! Came here after hearing my coworkers talking about it. I was greeted immediately by Guillermo who made the whole process very easy and smooth to begin. He did a great job showing me the vehicle, very friendly, and generally the perfect face for a new customer. John Rios, my sales specialist, was extremely professional, and very honest. The whole stigma about salesmen is absurd to me after my experience with him. I was never ever pressured, every detail was laid out and explained, and as were my options. And finally, at the end of the deal, Elizabeth Berrios was also very professional. Went through the whole signing process quickly and smoothly, and she personally made sure that the vehicle was perfect and ready for me. All in all, this was an amazing experience and I'm sure to be a customer for a very long time! More
